Goldfields Claims

There are 11 native title claims in the Goldfields region, six of which are represented by the Goldfields Land and Sea Council (GLSC).

Negotiations

The State is currently in discussion with one native title claim group to build a streamlined post-determination relationship about future land use, management and development. This relationship is to be formalised through an Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) between the State and native title party.
