Graduate Development Program



How to apply

Applications for the two 2012 Graduate Development Program streams have now closed.

Stage 1: Application

To apply for the Graduate Program you will need to submit:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Your response to the Selection Criteria
  • Current detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • A copy of your academic transcript (include all academic results)

To access the Job Application Form and Selection Criteria, please download the Application Package which will be made available when applications open. The Application Package will be accessible:

Stage 2: Short-Listing

Short-listing will be conducted in August and will be based on each applicant’s response to the Selection Criteria, CV and academic results. 

Stage 3: Interviews and Assessments

In early September, the most competitive applicants from the short-listing stage will be invited to attend a first-round interview.

A small selection of these applicants will then be invited to attend an assessment centre and final-round interviews.

Applicants selected for interview will be contacted by telephone or email, therefore please ensure you provide us with up to date contact details.

Stage 4: Offers

The selection process is usually completed by the beginning of Septmenber with offers being made to successful applicants mid September. Successful applicants will commence the Graduate Development Program in late January the following year.

Unsuccessful applicants will be notified in writing once offers have been made.
