Taking a complaint further

If you have a complaint but do not wish to raise it directly with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, then you have the option to refer your matter to the Ombudsman Western Australia - details below.  This also applies if you are not happy with the way in which the Department has dealt with your intitial query or complaint.
