In 2008, Western Australian Public Sector HR MOIR data is being collected using the Workforce Analysis and Comparison Application (WACA). This process, mandated by Premier’s Circular 2007/15, streamlines the reporting requirements by replacing four separate reporting processes with one single report.
The implementation of WACA will result in a change in the presentation, data definitions and data integrity of the 2008 Profile. As a consequence, some data from the 2007 (and previous) Profiles will not be directly comparable with 2008 (and future) Profiles.
Profiles from previous years are available in the Non-Current Publications section.
