Challenges
One of the most significant challenges facing new mentoring programs is the availability and access to mentors. The Department of the Premier and Cabinet will provide additional support by providing training, maintaining a register of potential mentors and providing helpful resources. It is also important to recruit the support of everyone within an organisation including line managers and non-participating staff.
