The Public Sector Management Division (PSMD) leads whole-of-sector initiatives designed to assist agencies to strategically manage their organisation to deliver excellent outcomes.
Partnerships with universities, industry, consultants and agencies allow PSMD to identify and research innovative and effective practices. This learning is shared across the sector in the form of tools, publications and advice on sector-wide issues and allows agencies to continually review and reform their practices against relevant benchmarks.
By helping invest in organisational reform, PSMD supports agencies to maintain high standards of service delivery for the Western Australian community.
