State Administration
State Administration is a primary contributor to achieving the Department’s key responsibility of administrating executive government services.
The Department’s principal clients for these services are the Premier as the Head of Government, Treasurer and Minister for State Development, Cabinet Ministers and Members of Parliament.
Services provided include:
- administrative support to the Premier,
- administrative policy advice and support to ministerial offices and the Leader of the Opposition,
- administration of entitlements for Members and former Members of Parliament, and
- management of the State occasions and official visits program.
